Hybrid Relief is a locally owned and operated dispensary in Oxford, MS. Before entering the Medicinal Marijuana industry, owner Tony Barragan owned and operated the first CBD store in the city, Hemp Ville CBD. Barragan and his staff have over 15 years of combined experience in the cannabis industry.
We are not only familiar with all cannabis products and their effects, but also the symptoms and ailments that affect members of our community and how cannabis can help them.
We built Hybrid Relief on the premise that every person deserves safe, fair and affordable access to cannabis. Hybrid Relief is committed to continuous education for our staff and patients on the constantly evolving cannabis market.
